There 3 major problems to solve in this project.
1. The first major problem needs to be resolve as soon as possible.
We don't have any support or help section on the app or website for this product.
2. The second major problem needs to be resolved.
They need an option that was new for the customer that was useful and simple to understand.
3. The Third major problem needs to be resolved.
Provide all the resources that the company has to help the customer in all the different steps of the transaction and even after the conclusion of the process.
Create a help section that is a useful, simple, and user-centric solution. Provide the most common solutions for helping customers during and after the transaction.
