In 2019 working for Hostgator, I created a welcome email and easy steps wizard to explain the onboarding process of new customers.
1. The first major problem needs to be resolve as soon as possible.
Create a welcome email design with all necessary information.
2. The second major problem needs to be resolved.
Provide all the information so the customer can understand our process and proceed with creating their website.
3. The Third major problem needs to be resolved.
Create A/B Testing to verify how the page is interacting with the email so we can make changes and increase customer flow and better the user experience.
