There 3 major problems to solve in this project.
1. The first major problem must be resolved as soon as possible.
We need to create a support or help section on the app.
2. The second major problem needs to be resolved.
They needed an option that was new for the customer, valuable and straightforward to understand.
3. The Third major problem needs to be resolved.
Provide all the resources that the company has to help the customer in all the different steps of the transaction and even after the conclusion of the process.
Create a help section that is a useful, simple, and user-centric solution. Provide the most common solutions for helping customers during and after the transaction.
